WARNING – Any fishing spots or referred to as Fishing Maps, fishing spots, GPS spots, GPS fishing spots or the like, in any way, shape, form or fashion, should never under any circumstances be used for navigation purposes of any kind or in any way. We offer fishing spots with the latest possible accuracy and information, but users beware, there are many obstacles between your boat launching area and any fishing spot. These include sandbars, rocks, markers, mud or sand flats and other dangerous obstructions that are found between a users launch point and any fishing spots. Please refer to your GPS or a local professional for navigating in any area in which you are unfamiliar. Never rely on any fishing spots as a navigation source. By loading our fishing spots to any of your devices, you (the purchaser or any other user) agree that this company and/or any of its affiliates or employees shall NOT be held responsible in any way, for any accidents or damages to life or property that may occur while fishing or traveling to any fishing spot for any reason or weather condition, in any way. It is the purchaser/users responsibility to navigate safely to and from any fishing spots provided via this website or affiliates.

By accessing or using the Site in any manner, including, but not limited to, making a purchase(s), visiting or browsing the site or contributing content or other materials to the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are defined throughout this Agreement page.

Intellectual Property
The site and its private fishing spots (unpublished fishing spots and comments), any original content, features and functionality are owned by GPS Fishing Maps, LLC and delmarvafishingspots.com and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Termination
